The Developing People Award recognises businesses that have done the most to build skills, harness talent and develop employees.
Businesses in the Developing People category have all improved or increased skills, training and development opportunities through accredited qualifications programmes or local workplace initiatives.
The prize is part of the EEF’s (the Manufacturers Organisation) Future Manufacturing Awards and was presented at a regional lunch at AJ Bell Stadium on the 18th November.
Since 2010, Prinovis UK has delivered over 40,000 hours of training and development to its employees, including formal qualifications and accredited programmes.
