Manfred Dreier
Born in 1966 in Verl, he started his professional career in 1982 as an industrial clerk trainee with Bertelsmann. In 1985, after his training, the newly crowned clerk started with Mohndruck in the controlling section. During this time, up to 1990, he completed his Abitur [German university-entrance diploma, equivalent to A-levels in UK] in parallel in evening classes and then enrolled at the university. In 1995 he returned to Bertelsmann as a graduate in business management. In the industrial area, presently arvato, he worked as a staff member in the controlling section until 1998, when he moved from eastern Westphalia to Nuremberg. At maul + co – Chr. Belser GmbH, today Prinovis Nuremberg, he assumed the position of the commercial manager. At that time, maul + co. was the largest rotogravure printing section of Bertelsmann’s industrial sector. He has occupied his current position as CFO in Prinovis Holding since July 2006.
