The Board of Directors is made up of one representative from each of the partner companies and the CEO of Prinovis. For the first three years, Dr. Bernd Kundrun will be Chairman of the Prinovis Board of Directors; after that period, the Chair of the Board of Directors will be shared by representatives from arvato and Gruner + Jahr. Dr. Bernd Kundrun, Rolf Buch, and Rudolf Knepper are Non-Executive Directors of the company. Thorsten Thiel is the CEO of Prinovis.
The Prinovis general partner’s meeting consists of the partner’s representatives on the Board of Directors.
